Art Is All Around Us.

No matter what you do in life, you will always have your art. Some of the best known cartoonists started right here at Art Instruction Schools. Some even were teachers at the School. One of the world’s favorite cartoonists, Charles Schulz said “It was a lucky day for me when I enrolled with Art Instruction Schools while attending Central High.” Known as the “Premier distance art educator”, Art Instruction Schools has been successfully training artists throughout the US and Canada since 1914.

The Fundamentals of Art program was developed to include all popular art techniques and is recognized as one of the most extensive art education programs available. Our program includes cartooning, color application, perspective, still life, lettering, composition and design, animal and figure studies. Many people recognize our school as the “DRAW ME” school, because of our longstanding advertising campaigns using “DRAW ME” models to find aspiring artists through magazine ads, TV commercials and online promotions.
